About NeuroLAT
Our programmes are built on the research of Karl Witte, a 19th-century German philosopher and pastor who pioneered the understanding that the child’s learning environment and method of learning are essential for great success. As a result of his training, his son was fluent in 6 languages by the age of 9 and was awarded a PhD in Philosophy at the age of 14 and PhD in Law at the age of 16. He has been listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the youngest PhD holder, and it still stands unbeatable today, after more than 200 years.
Dr Ng revives and adapts the same training techniques that Karl Witte used to train his own Down Syndrome child in today's 21st century Digital Age.
The phenomenal results of the programme to improve a 20-year-old autistic youth’s cognitive and social behaviour in just 10 days, have caught the attention of the Ministry of Health, Malaysia. Dr Ng was invited by the Malaysian authorities in November 2016 to share about his programme breakthroughs. Likewise, Dr. Ng was involved in US and Asia Tour speaking engagements, Singapore Mediacorp TV and various radio appearances.
The FIRST set of this Singapore brand, NeuroLAT, was sold in the US upon launch, before subsequent sales in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

MEET THE INNOVATOR
Dr. Ng Meng Lek majored in cultural research in Vancouver, Canada and obtained a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, USA. He founded Ananias Learning Centre in 1992. To-date, he has trained over ten thousand students, many with learning disabilities, intellectual problems or were performing badly in school. All students with learning disabilities have recovered and successfully moved on with their studies, with many completing their university education eventually.
Dr. Ng is often invited to South East Asia countries, America, Canada, China to conduct seminars on Parental Relationships, Child Psychology as well as Educational Psychology. In Mediacorp, he has done a year’s programme on Child Psychology, Learning Psychology as well as how structured play helps in building a high IQ in children.
Dr. Ng is a regular guest speaker for Love 97.2 FM, Capital 95.8 FM, UFM 1003 and Mediacorp Hello Singapore show. Due to overwhelming positive response from the listeners, each radio programme lasted over a year and a half. His views and articles are well accepted by professionals in the field of child-care, kindergarten and children development. He has discovered hidden geniuses in both normal stream and autistic children.
Dr. Ng is also part of an America Learning Intelligent Research Centre and is qualified to analyse learning abilities, conduct training and diagnostic tests. He has designed many learning abilities training programmes. Of which, his distinguished work was “Personal Development Learning Program”, specifically designed for Secondary School students to help them excel in their studies. This has been field tested and has produced excellent results.
Dr. Ng has written a book entitled “Beautiful Mom, Healthy Mom”, which stresses on the importance of proper care during confinement, and provides ways in which mothers can start educating their children at the point of conception.

“I have a child with autism studying in Pathlight School, Ragnar, who is academically weak. He failed his Primary 1 and also failed most of his subjects in Primary 4. So, I don’t have many expectations on him considering that he has autism.
When my wife enrolled him for NeuroLAT program, I was very skeptical about it and was thinking what was so powerful about the programme? In fact, I was a bit annoyed that my wife had bought the programme without my permission as it was a huge investment. Since she had already bought it, I would just wait and see what NeuroLAT can do for him.
After 1 month into the programme, the first drastic difference I observed was that Ragnar had acquired a new ability in the topic called Symmetry. For other normal children, it is a very easy concept but for Ragnar ,no matter how hard I tried to teach him, he just could not draw the other side of the triangle or square correctly. However, after going on the programme, he is able to relate and draw very quickly and accurately, even for complex questions in this topic.
The greatest improvement came in when he sat for his mid-year exams after just over 1 month of NeuroLAT. I was hoping for him to achieve a score of just slightly above 50 marks but surprisingly, he scored 73 for his math! His previous semester’s score was 47!
I also saw an improvement from him being a borderline student to enjoying his lessons today. For language classes, he is able to sit still and concentrate better in class. Prior to the programme, I have always found it a challenge to make him sit still, let alone focus on his lessons as attention spans for autistic kids tend to be very short.
By end of 2017, Ragnar achieved Band 1 in his Mathematics and Science subjects effortlessly. This was merely 7 months into NeuroLAT program which he did conscientiously on a daily basis!
The improvement results of my kid have totally erased my previous misconception for the programme as I have always thought that NeuroLAT only works for mainstream normal kids but I am now fully convinced that NeuroLAT works for autistic kids as well. It is indeed amazing to see an autistic kid improve so much in such a short span of time.
