CASE STUDY:

A pharmaceutical company was facing a challenge due to slowing revenue and low performance in sales employees. Charisma Business Solutions team was activated to help the client achieve Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) by standardising Medical Representative (MR) competency settings and delivering effective sales training to South East- South Asia (SESA) regional offices to meet High Performers Behaviour.

 

KEY APPROACHES: 

1) The Sales Star Assessment was done for sales staff that included sales battery analysis, disposition and strength for the Charisma Business Solutions team to identify skill gaps in their employees.

2) Formulation of programmes for every product that the company sells that comprised of 7 levels of adoption ladder, messaging strategy and communication strategy.
