A solid action plan detailed on the actual performance of procedures, operations, methodologies and techniques required for ensured learning transfer to help drive performances.

CASE STUDY: 

A major insurance company holds a million dollar round table (MDRT) convention annually for 500 potential sales hunters to motivate and drive them towards the MDRT achievement. Charisma Business Solutions was activated to help these sales hunters better themselves in their profession and hit their sales targets.

KEY APPROACHES: 

1) Conducted a keynote speech during the convention to inspire and motivate sales hunters.

2) Followed up with a 2-day series of bootcamps for 150 participants per series that involves training on mental resilience and confidence, as well as the know-hows in engaging high - net - worth and VIP clients.

3) Post -Training support includes internalising new skills learnt through coaching workshops and webinars. Checklists and evaluation were implemented to ensure immediate results and impact. Weekly group huddles and extensive coaching for individuals and organisations were also conducted.
