We design bespoke solutions that are highly customised according to the organisation’s needs.

CASE STUDY:

A world-class international airport was termed to open a new terminal and had a pressing issue to tackle - its customer service ambassadors. The Charisma Business Solutions team was deployed to train their staff to become effective ambassadors in non-verbal, verbal fluency and charisma.


KEY APPROACHES: 

1) Designed an ambassador training workshop to help equip ambassadors with skills to approach and interact with visitors in an engaging manner, using a variety of techniques. We also conducted a service host workshop to equip Service Hosts with skills to greet, handle queries and difficult situations, and to be able to think on their feet.

2) Key competencies of effective ambassadors - verbal fluency, non - verbal and charisma, were created to be the backbone of the workshops conducted.
