Well known for his best - selling book Unlock Your Personal Charisma®, which details the strong correlation between sales success and one’s charisma, Eric has to date travelled to 16 countries around the world to train over 35,000 sales professionals. He has also spoken at high profile sales conferences like the first MDRT Day in Singapore in 2018, MDRT Day in Indonesia, MDRT Experience and APLIC. He is an award-winning speaker, best-selling author and highly sought after charisma coach in Asia. His clients come from well-known organisations like Microsoft, AIA, OCBC, Pfizer and FedEx. In 2012, Eric’s evaluation of PM Lee’s National Day rally was also featured on the national papers.

Despite his youth, Eric has been invited to speak to tens of thousands of salespeople and leaders, with the most recent one for 5000 leaders from all over Asia. In 2013, Eric also had the privilege to speak in the presence of Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands.When asked about his reason for success, he will attribute it to his mentor’s advice: people buy people first so if you want to be successful, master your people skills. As a recognition of Eric’s contribution to the sales community, he was conferred a number of awards, including the prestigious "JCI Ten Most Outstanding Young Person Of Singapore” in 2012, “NUS Outstanding Young Alumni” in 2011 and “Business Week Top 25 Young Entrepreneurs of Asia” in 2007.
